Gaggia chose four from its complete range of espresso makers and fitted them with an exclusive extraction system which gets all the best from the Caffitaly capsule method. The Caffitaly capsule is structured specifically to allow the water to fully irrigate each tiny grain of coffee, thus guaranteeing a constantly even flow of coffee and, above all, a consistently excellent brew in the cup.
GAGGIA's traditional quality and experience in espresso-making joins forces with the advanced technology of the Caffitaly System, an innovative method of packaging coffee in capsules. The ideal amount (8 g) of ground coffee is vacuum-sealed in each disposable, ready-to-use capsule for a great cup of genuine Italian espresso.
