The Caffitaly capsule is structured specifically to allow the water to fully irrigate each tiny grain of coffee, thus guaranteeing a constantly even flow of coffee and, above all, a consistently excellent brew in the cup.
GAGGIA's traditional quality and experience in espresso-making joins forces with the advanced technology of the Caffitaly System, an innovative method of packaging coffee in capsules. The ideal amount (8 g) of ground coffee is vacuum-sealed in each disposable, ready-to-use capsule for a great cup of genuine Italian espresso.
