Gaggia Frothing Thermometer

How to use:

Insert the tip of the thermometer at least 5cm into the liquid.

Attach the thermometer with the clip inside the container

When the pointer reaches the desired temperature, remove from the heat, frothing temperature should be between 65 C - 70 C.

Never use the thermometer in a microwave.

Do not wipe or handle hot thermometer with bare hands or wet cloth.

HANDLE with insulated pot holder or kitchen mitt.
Clean with the spike section with soapy sponge or cloth.

DO NOT submerge dial in water.
